Talis On Demand is the ideal grinder for the Specialty Cafe.
Consistency, low retention, and precision grinding are the qualities of this grinder. Talis features a cooling fan, a micrometric grind size adjustment, and an intuitive programmable dosing system driven by a joystick.
A Patented dual hopper chamber guarantees a consistent flow of the coffee beans to the grinder, improving the dose accuracy, eliminating any grinding variations, and reducing migrations of smaller coffee beans to the bottom of the hopper.

Micrometric Grinding Adjustment
Our adjustable micrometric grinding system is a "step-less" design that allows precise control over the coffee grind size. Grind adjustment is made by rotating the control dial. Users can also disengage the micrometric adjustment dial and use the front lever for a larger-scale setting.
Zero Gravity Coffee Hopper
Our Patented hopper design maintains equal weight distribution of the coffee beans. A dual coffee beans chamber guarantees a consistent flow of the coffee beans to the grinder, improving the dose accuracy, eliminating any grinding variations and reducing migrations of smaller coffee beans to the bottom of the hopper.
Joystick Control
Talis has an intuitive programmable dosing software driven by a joystick. In addition, our unique control interface allows on-the-fly time settings.
Memory Position Burrs
The coffee grinder chamber is accessible by removing the top burr sleeve. It will save time for the maintenance-cleaning, and the grinder will always retain its last grinder setting.
Cooling Fan
Our range of grinders has an inbuilt climate system. The design is optimized to control the internal airflow and to maintain the coffee chamber at constant temperature.
Burrs Life Monitoring
Slingshot will register the total grinding time to allow the Barista to monitor when the Burrs need to be replaced. A warning icon will advise when to schedule the burrs replacement.
Universal Portafilter Holder
Talis's unique portafilter holder can be adjusted to fit any portafilter or dosing cup.
Adjustable Coffee Funnel
The Adjustable Coffee Funnel features a patented design that enables optimal coffee distribution into the portafilter. The funnel delivers coffee directly into the center of the portafilter, ensuring improved distribution and reduced coffee wastage by eliminating ground spillage outside of the portafilter.
Coffee Display Window
Our Patent Pending free standing coffee hopper design has a built-in window for displaying general information such as origins and brand of coffee used or Cafe's name .

With a simple flick of the joystick, the Baby Talis lets you adjust the grind time in 0.05-second increments. Fast, precise, and effortless — giving baristas full control to fine-tune every dose without navigating complicated menus.
Coffee Flow Funnel
The Talis’ patented Coffee Flow Funnel uses a profile inspired by the brachistochrone curve—the fastest path under gravity—to guide grounds smoothly and evenly into the portafilter. Its geometry centers the dose across the basket, improving tamp preparation, reducing mess and waste, and helping eliminate channeling for consistent extractions every shot.
Easy Clean System
The Talis lets you remove and clean the anti-clumping assembly without tools and without taking out the burrs. And when you do need to service the burrs, our sliding system with “Memory Position Burrs” makes removal quick and precise, automatically returning to the original calibration. Talis comes standard with our patented 1.6 kg Zero-Gravity Hopper. You can also choose the 0.8 kg compact hopper or the 1.2 kg regular hopper. The Zero-Gravity design keeps even bean weight distribution, while the dual-chamber feed ensures a steady flow to the burrs, improving dose accuracy, reducing grind variation, and limiting small-bean migration.
Custom Colors
Custom Side Panels
Talis comes standard with reversible CNC honeycomb steel panels. One side is Natural Steel, the other is Matte Black. Flip them to choose your look. You can also customise and change colour later with optional panel kits such as Pure White, Red, or your own custom colour. Quick panel swaps let cafés match their machine and décor, while distributors can reduce inventory by stocking panel kits instead of multiple grinder colours.
