RETURNS POLICY

At Slingshot Technology, we want you to enjoy perfect coffee with the confidence of a hassle-free shopping experience. Our returns and exchange policy allows you to return any purchased item within 14 days from the date of your order. We offer store credit, refunds, or exchanges for returned items under the following conditions:

  • Return Conditions:
    ⦁    Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of your order.
    ⦁    Items should be in 'as new' condition, unused, and without any signs of wear or damage.
    ⦁    Original, undamaged packaging with all tags and tickets intact.
    ⦁    Original packaging should not be used as the outer layer for transport. Please ensure no labels or stickers are attached to the original packaging.
    ⦁    Include a copy of the receipt/invoice with your return.

Freight Charges:
⦁    Slingshot Technology is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or faulty, in which case we will provide a prepaid return label.

Exceptions:
⦁    Items valued over $400 are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

Authorization:
⦁    All returns must be authorized by Slingshot Technology before sending. Contact our team at info@slingshot.coffee or use the contact form on our website for return instructions.

INCORRECT, FAULTY, OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, notify us within 3 business days via info@slingshot.coffee or the contact form online. We will initiate the return process promptly.
⦁    Major Failures: If the fault amounts to a major failure, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.
⦁    Minor Failures: For lesser issues, we will repair or replace the item after assessment.
⦁    Include a copy of the receipt/invoice with any returns for faulty or damaged items.

For further details, please refer to our Warranty Policy. We recommend keeping the original packaging for returns. If original packaging is unavailable, ensure safe packaging for transit as Slingshot Technology is not liable for transit damage.
