Baby Talis On Demand is a compact, commercial grade grinder for specialty cafés, restaurants, and the professional home barista.
It delivers a 20 g dose in under eight seconds, and the joystick directly controls time or dose for precise adjustment.
The patented Coffee Flow Funnel places grounds evenly to reduce channeling. Ideal for decaf and single origin, or as a small café main grinder and backup. Easy care with tool-free anti-clumping cleaning, plus optional CNC honeycomb panels in white, stainless steel, red, or your custom colour.

Micrometric Grinding Adjustment
Our adjustable micrometric grinding system is a "step-less" design that allows precise control over the coffee grind size. Grind adjustment is made by rotating the control dial. Users can also disengage the micrometric adjustment dial and use the front lever for a larger-scale setting.
Joystick Control
The Baby Talis has an intuitive programmable dosing software driven by a joystick. In addition, our unique control interface allows on-the-fly time settings.
Memory Position Burrs
The coffee grinder chamber is accessible by removing the top burr sleeve. It will save time for the maintenance-cleaning, and the grinder will always retain its last grinder setting.
Burrs Life Monitoring
Baby Talis will register the total grinding time to allow the Barista to monitor when the Burrs need to be replaced. A warning icon will advise when to schedule the burrs replacement.
Universal Portafilter Holder
Baby Talis's unique portafilter holder can be adjusted to fit any portafilter or dosing cup.
Adjustable Coffee Funnel
The Adjustable Coffee Funnel features a patented design that enables optimal coffee distribution into the portafilter. The funnel delivers coffee directly into the center of the portafilter, ensuring improved distribution and reduced coffee wastage by eliminating ground spillage outside of the portafilter.
Coffee Display Window
Our Patent Pending free standing coffee hopper design has a built-in window for displaying general information such as origins and brand of coffee used or Cafe's name .

The Baby Talis has removable side panels that can be customised to match your coffee machine.

The Baby Talis’ Coffee Flow Funnel guides grounds evenly into the portafilter, centering the dose across the basket. This improves tamping preparation, reduces mess and waste, and helps eliminate channeling for consistent extractions every shot.
Easy Clean System
The Baby Talis lets you remove and clean the anti-clumping assembly without tools and without taking out the burrs. And when you do need to service the burrs, our sliding system with “Memory Position Burrs” makes removal quick and precise, automatically returning to the original calibration. Modular Coffee Beans Hopper
Baby Talis comes standard with a 0.8 kg hopper and can be upgraded to a 1.2 kg hopper or our patented 1.6 kg Zero-Gravity Hopper. The Zero-Gravity design keeps even bean weight distribution, while a dual-chamber feed ensures a steady flow to the burrs—improving dose accuracy, eliminating grind variation, and reducing small-bean migration.
Custom Colors
Baby Talis can be customised with CNC honeycomb steel side panels. Choose betweenPure White, Stainless Steel, Red, or your custom colour. Quick panel swaps let cafés match their machine and décor, while distributors can reduce inventory by stocking panel kits instead of multiple grinder colours.
