Zero Waste Delivery System
No more lost revenue due to coffee waste Slingshot features a sealed distribution chamber which accurately delivers the ground coffee to the portafilter with no loss of coffee. No more shaky hand to avoid ground coffee spill from the portafilter
Self Dosing Grinder
Our grinders feature a volumetric self-dosing chamber which is always on standby to provide the professional barista with their next shot of espresso. Single or double, the dosage will still be correct with zero coffee wasted.
Micrometric Dosage Adjustment
Our grinders feature a volumetric dosage system that allow the Barista to set different coffee dosages for the single and double portafilter.
Burrs Life Monitoring
Slingshot will register the total grinding time to allow the Barista to monitor when the Burrs need to be replaced. A warning icon will advise when to schedule the burrs replacement.
Mixing Chamber
When the ground coffee is delivered in the portafilter a premix occurs in the coffee mixing chamber. Our unique delivery system improves coffee distribution and consistency.
Memory Position Burrs
The coffee grinder chamber is accessible by removing the top burr sleeve. It will save time for the maintenance-cleaning, and the grinder will always retain its last grinder setting.
On Demand Switch Operation
With this function Slingshot grinds only when you pressing a button. This function can be used for the initial calibration or to use during slow coffee service.
Micrometric Grinding Adjustment
Our adjustable micrometric grinding system is a "step-less" design that allows precise control over the coffee grind. Grind setting is made by rotating a tactile control dial integrated with a digital position counter
Coffee Display Window
Our Patent Pending free standing coffee hopper design has a built-in window for displaying general information such as origins and brand of coffee used or Cafe's name .
Cooling Fan
Our range of grinders has an inbuilt climate system. The design is optimized to control the internal airflow and to maintain the coffee chamber at constant temperature.
Custom Side Panels
Slinghsot has removable side panels that can be customised to match your coffee machine.

Modular Design

Volumetric Self Dosing Grinder
At a button press (On Demand) or automatically (Auto), the pre-coffee chamber charges; insert the portafilter and it delivers the dose with ±0.2 g precision, fills the basket evenly, and retains any excess. The dose stays constant regardless of grind size—no scales and no grind-time recalibration needed—while a built-in WDT stage gently pre-mixes the grounds during delivery to improve uniformity and reduce channeling.
Micrometric Grinding Adjustment
Dosis is controlled by a watchlike stepless mechanism with a finely tuned tactile dial and a digital position counter. Adjustments are smooth, precise, and easy to explain during training or support, with clear position feedback and no guesswork.
Dose Retention Timer
In auto mode Dosis keeps a dose ready and shows how long the grounds have been retained in the chamber. Every grinder holds some ground coffee inside, but Dosis is the one that tells you the age of that dose, resetting on delivery to guide purging and keep flavour consistent.
Modular Coffee Beans Hopper
Dosis comes standard with a 1.2 kg hopper or our patented 1.6 kg Zero-Gravity Hopper. The Zero-Gravity design keeps even bean weight distribution, while a dual-chamber feed ensures a steady flow to the burrs—improving dose accuracy, eliminating grind variation, and reducing small-bean migration.
Custom Side Panels
Slingshot Dosis grinders feature removable side panels you can swap to match your coffee machine and bar design. Choose Pure White, Black, or Birchwood, or specify your own custom colour or finish. Quick panel swaps let cafés match their machine and décor, while distributors can reduce inventory by stocking panel kits instead of multiple grinder colours.
